This is one dvd that is 50/50 in my humble opinion, one one hand you have a skilled card manipulator who takes you through a number of very good cuts and displays which provides you, as the viewer, with extra ammunition for your presentations................however, this is a dvd that seems to have been rushed. Containing sections where Cap visually drops cards during a teaching phase this dvd does not withhold the professional look that you would expect from a $30 product. If this were submitted as a school product then the teachers comment would read "Could do better.........."

Really cool cuts and displays with excellent teaching. Worth the price of admission.

bleiugh!

thats the only word that can describe this. EVERYTHING apart fom bridge is just based off 5 faces...

but, this did come out YEARS ago, and cardistry has progressed since this, so you cant really scrutinise the guy too badly...

but basically, anyone who says this guy is a talented card flourisher is very wrong. You can hear the cards screaming in pain as he bends them out of shape on half of the displays. It all looks rushed, uneligant and uncomfortable.

a GOOD cardist is one that makes it look easy, and cap looks like he's wrestling the cards in some sort of battle to the death rather that manipulating them...

boooooo...

saying that, i LOVE the mechanics and movement of 5-Faces Continuation...

So in clonclusion, it was ok back in the day, but now it's outdated. buy the triloy/ system instead. =)

p.s. l0l@ lonny!
