patience people .. you have to wait until more information is available .. there are several ways this can go .. i mean just with 30 ppl we could form 3 teams of 10 ppl or 6 teams of 5 ppl or 5 teams of 6 ppl or 10 teams of 3 ppl .. there are several things to take into consideration... so be calm and wait ppl

somehow i doubt it will be 3 teams of 10 people... most likely 10 teams of 3. yet we do not know who all of the 30+ members are. there are no names, no skill levels, no demo's. just a number. lets give richard a break
