that n00b was you, jordan!!!
dude this was excellent, maybe the best jam video ever? you are much better than allan hagen at editing, because instead of speding time trying to set up the most pretentious establishment shot possible (my god look at this park bench in HD color saturation!) or spending 2 minutes on british person walking around, going "blimey! let's do subway, outside a bleedin' subway!" you just had tons of MOVES. it rocked and was very entertaining and held my attention for 9 minutes!!! ambrose is a beast, Ling's displays and fans were great as usual, and there was a good mix of funny stuff in there without taking too long on it. how do you say "five stars" in singaporean?

Honestly.. I feel I sort of have to defend myself here. I try to capture the spirit, the people. Since I usually make narrative films, short films/music videos, a lot of that touch are in my videos. I simply don't see how the **** you can just come here and boldly claim that Kafoosh is better than me at editing - it can't really be compared. It just comes down to the type of videos we do and the styles we have. You prefer a lot of moves, something I've already understood. I've also understood that you don't like all the talking and walking in my videos. Fine, you don't HAVE to watch them, but I think you could easily refrain from your lousy attempt at being funny, becuase it pretty much failed. You don't have to try to put down my style of video-making just because you don't like it.. I felt I just had to vent a bit of frustration, no offense intended to anyone. Kafoosh - I enjoyed this thoroughly. You guys made a sweet jam video with lots of moves, and I love it. Great stuff, Kenneth and you other guys (and girls). Thanks for the mention. best regards, Allan Last edited by Allan; Apr 07 '09 at 01:07 PM. |

Hey Allan, thanks for the comment. I hold your videos in the highest regard and really do enjoy the way you concentrate on the people in your videos. I honestly feel that my video still lacks alot when compared to yours.
I would apologize on behalf of trashman, but I'm in no place to do that.. |

Man that was a long clip :- )
There isn't much to say, nice original moves. And something to add to the conv about Allan or Kaffosh, I like Allan's editing better, after like 1min of awesome moves you get bored etc. That's why I like some breaks in between each "flourishing" scene. -Deckster Trash actually forgot to put "dogg" in his post. |

Well deckster makes a good point, it is important to have little breaks in the action, but I think this video incorporated them well such as when (was it leon?) picked up the card and it changed from a bike into a wynn, or jordan's spoon man... maybe the backpack n00b went on a lil long but it was funny! Allan you said it yourself we have different opinions of what makes a good flourishing video, don't get pissed about it!
dogg!

With the irrelevant posts about Allan's and Trashman's conversation aside, I thought this was a great video! Although it was lengthy, the moves really captured and maintained my attention for 9 minutes
Also, that Jordan guy (I think :P) was hilarious with his parody of Garry and the plastic spoon manipulation stuff Wu xing from me! |

![]() I'm not so active in this community any longer, but if I'm mentioned I chime in with my opinons on the matter. Trash stated his opinions in an unnecessarily satiric fashion. This is why I "kinda flipped at him". Then again, these are my opinions. Enough with the thread-hijacking. Sorry guys. |
